Sheyann Webb-Christburg
Scholarship Foundation

Sheyann Webb-Christburg Scholarship Foundation was founded on the basis that any motivated student aspiring to further his or her education should be given that opportunity. The Sheyann Webb-Christburg Scholarship Foundation will be used to help cover tuition expenses and related educational expenses such as books and select cost of living. Scholarship recipients will be selected based on applicant’s academic achievements, those who have demonstrated accomplishments in leadership and community service, and particularly to those disadvantaged youth who have faced significant roadblocks or challenges.

All Sheyann Webb-Christburg Scholars are required to “give back” by conducting community service projects and by serving as mentors to younger students. The Sheyann Webb-Christburg Scholarship Foundation will attract High School Seniors from all backgrounds from Selma, Montgomery, and Tuskegee Alabama. All candidates who have a desire to pursue higher education, in spite of many personal socio-economic setbacks, teen pregnancy, poverty, and etc… are welcome to apply. If candidates are hardworking, resilient, and determined individuals who want to make a positive contribution to their local and global communities, they are welcome to turn to Sheyann Webb-Christburg Scholarship Fund to make their ambitions and dreams possible. This scholarship foundation has been created because all students deserve the chance to attend college in order for them to become productive leaders and succeed in life.
